AI & your privacy

Velmir's AI features — reflections, patterns, Ask Velmir, and season coaching — are off by default. Nothing is sent to the model until you turn them on.

What it does

When enabled, Claude reads your recent entries to surface gentle observations and answer questions about your own writing. It never posts or shares anything.

Turning it on or off

Flip AI on from any AI surface or in Settings → Privacy, and turn it off there anytime. Your entries are only sent while it's on, and only to generate your reflections.
